Sree Balaji bagged the “National Builder Award” from ‘Indian Achiever Forum’ at Bangkok on 15th February, 2014. This recognition has been the fruit of relentless endeavor to deliver and fulfill aspiration of our customers.

It has been further honoured with ‘Outstanding Achievement – Young Entrepreneur of India’ at Goa in 2016.

In 2019, it received two more feathers on its cap from REALTY+ EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2019 – EAST in the categories, ‘Environment Friendly Residential Space – Non Metro’ and ‘Villa Project of the Year – Non Metro’
