  • Chhatimtala- An ideal spot to meditate, it was the meditation spot for Maharshi Debendranath Tagore. Students at the university hold this place in immense regard and graduates are awarded a branch of the iconic Saptaparni tree which can be observed in the Chhatimtala.   • Uttarayana Complex- This is the complex where you will find the Udayan building where Rabindranath Tagore used to live. Some other places worth visiting here include the mud hut or Shyamali along with Udichi and Punasha. There are lovely gardens surrounding the houses while the Rabindra Bhawan museum is also located nearby. Various Ramkinkar Baij sculptures have also been shifted here, making for a stunning sight indeed. However, remember that a hand recorder or camera cannot be carried into this complex.
